January 1, 2010 - The Bridge has received the generous donation of a 5 x 10 cargo trailer from Dan & Barb Davies. After some rehabilitation, the trailer has gone into service to transport Bridge & Pearl Blind (a Ministry of The Bridge) equipment. Our sincerest appreciation goes out to Dan & Barb. We thank God for your generosity, and thank Him for His provision to this ministry.

November 1, 2009 - The Bridge has decided to no longer pursue promoting In Concert on a regular basis. Although we may consider "initiating" larger annual concert events in the future, for now we will focus on serving when called upon. The Bridge is still very willing to find host locations for artists that have an audience, but not a venue, and will continue to serve in advancement and staging of events for artists, churches, minsitries, and benefits. If we can serve and connect with music for Christ, in any supporting role, please call upon us!

June 8, 2009 - The Bridge has received notification from the Internal Revenue Service that The Bridge is now recognized as a 501(c)(3) Public Charity. Contributions to The Bridge are now deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. The Bridge is also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the code.

January 30, 2009 - Although The Bridge as been involved with planting the seeds of UNDER ONE ROOF and serving in both a support and organizational capacity from the beginning, it has become clear that there is not enough support at this time to continue the Celebrations of Church Unity. The Bridge is still firmly committed to the vision of one church serving God together across cultural lines, and will fully support any community efforts that may develop in the future.
